The name on everyone’s lips now, at least in the movie circle and film enthusiasts is Funke Akindele Bello. Funke has been trending for one simple reason, her movie Omo Ghetto (the saga) is now the highest-grossing Nigerian film.

The Funke Akindele produced a movie that grossed N468,036,300, this is after three straight weeks at the cinema, maintaining the number one spot. The news was published by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria (CEAN).
